Celebrating our 2022 CandE Award Winners

Sep 27, 2022 - Valery Caputi Lopez

Brazen is incredibly proud of all our clients, even more so when they get the recognition they deserve from nationally-esteemed organizations like the Talent Board in their annual North American Candidate Experience Awards, a.k.a. the CandE Awards.

This prestigious listing honors the companies with exemplary candidate experiences as rated by the candidates themselves in benchmarking surveys designed to measure:

  • Overall candidate experience ratings
  • “Extremely Likely to Apply Again” candidate ratings
  • “Extremely Likely to Refer Others” candidate ratings
  • Willingness to increase the business relationship with the employer after the fact, either by stating that they’d be willing to apply again, by referring other candidates, or by making purchases when applicable

Winners of the 2022 CandE Awards

Out of thousands of reviews from participating candidates spanning multiple industries, only 50 organizations were chosen as finalists. Brazen is happy to honor our clients that made the 2022 shortlist, including:

Auburn-Washburn USD 437

A multiple-time winner of the CandE awards, this school district in Topeka, Kansas continuously stands out thanks to its long-term commitment to delivering enriching and engaging candidate experiences that, in turn, ultimately enhance the quality of their students’ learning and instruction. Thanks to their usage of Brazen virtual hiring events as an integral part of their recruitment and candidate communication strategy both before and during the pandemic, Auburn-Washburn USD 437 continues to foster and build highly-positive relationships with prospective hires from the first point of contact to the final stages of their educator and non-educator recruitment funnels.

Walgreens

A household-name in the pharmacy, photo, wellness, and health-product space as well as the second-largest pharmacy store chain in the United States, Walgreens understands that its job candidates are so much more than just its potential hires; they’re also their current and future clients. That’s why delivering a top-notch candidate experience to everyone who applies (whether hired or not) is a fundamental tenet of their hiring strategy. As mentioned to the Talent Board, using a combination of technology and communications training to drive a fast, easy, and accessible application process has helped them to increase their candidate satisfaction while expanding their reach to candidates of diverse backgrounds and working arrangements.
