Introducing The Run-Around: You Write a Smart Blog Post and We Share It

Nov 01, 2011 -
We love our community. That's why Brazen exists, after all, so we can connect through Brazen groups and Network Roulette and blogging bootcamps. So we're psyched about a new feature that will help you become part of that community -- and driving some traffic to your blog never hurts either, right? Throughout the month of November, we're asking YOU to write on your blog about a certain topic. Once you do, leave a comment on this post with the link to your musings. At the end of this month, we'll do a round-up of what our community has to say, including a link back to your blog. If your insight is particularly awesome, we might even choose to feature you in that round-up. Sounds fun, right? The idea is to generate ideas around the topic, help you find blogs by other Brazen thought-leaders and shine a spotlight on our most innovative members. Plus, we like to see Brazenites blogging ahead of the pack, since that helps you move up in your career.

The topic for November: Landing your first job

That means you could write about tips for landing a job out of college, how you did it or are planning to do it, how not to do it, what a first job should or shouldn't be... The sky's the limit. We're all in favor of thinking outside the box, so your post only needs to remotely relate to this topic to be included. In other words, you've got a license to be creative! So what do you say? Take a stab at writing a post around that topic, and leave the link here in the comments when it's published. Can't wait to see what you come up with!
