Today, we are thrilled to share that Brazen has been acquired by Radancy, opening the next chapter for Brazen and advancing the mission we have been on since day one.
You may (or may not) know that Brazen was founded in 2007 as a platform to help millennials navigate their careers and find a job they love. When my co-founders and I first launched Brazen in Madison, Wisconsin, we knew that the internet would play a key role in how people would come to navigate their careers, and we were excited to create a space for our generation to connect, learn, and grow. Then, as employers began to realize the power of engaging directly with talent online, in 2010, we re-launched Brazen as the first-ever Virtual Hiring Event Platform and relocated to Northern Virginia.
Over the years, Brazen has launched many innovative capabilities that have made it easier and more effective for people to connect with employers and advance in their careers. And over that time, we have never lost sight of that mission of helping people find jobs they love and helping employers find talent they need, driving our success in partnering with over 15% of the Fortune 100 as well as hundreds of organizations, universities, and top employers around the world.
Fast forward to today: We are thrilled to be joining Radancy, one of the world’s leading talent acquisition software providers.
As a part of the Radancy team, we will continue offering our best-in-class recruiting events management platform and world-class service to our existing clients as we integrate our solutions with the Radancy Talent Acquisition Cloud to offer a truly end-to-end customer and candidate experience.
What does this mean for Brazen clients?
The great news is, we will continue to work with and support each and every client who we have the honor of serving today through our award-winning platform and solutions. Plus, our clients will now also have access to an extended suite of integrated talent acquisition software capabilities. We’ll be sharing more details in the days and weeks to come, so stay tuned!
On a more personal note, today is a momentous day for Ed and me, as well as our team here at Brazen. We have worked day in and day out to build the solution our talent acquisition partners need to deliver the experience candidates have grown not just to expect, but to rely on. A virtual and in-person hiring experience that provides unparalleled access to career opportunities. A way to connect more people with life-changing jobs they love. A process that works better for talent acquisition professionals. And a solution that gets real results.
