Joe Matar: If you're a recruiter or if you're in talent acquisition and you're trying to use video to build your personal brand or to even promote your jobs, which you should be, you wanna know the best way to get people's attention as they're scrolling through on LinkedIn to decide which posts or videos to watch?
Well, it actually has nothing to do with the headlines, or the way in which you're writing your posts, the copy, emojis. It's none of that. The number one secret to getting your videos
noticed, to get people to watch you videos as they are scrolling through has everything to do with the background. Like shooting a video in front of a 200 year old bonsai. So if you're shooting videos, get outside, go to the park, go to your kid's school, go to the playground, just get some unique and different backgrounds and that's whats going to get people to stop to watch your video, to see your personal brand, and to hear about your jobs. So definitely do video and make sure you get out and shoot them in front of something unique. And if you have a chance please like this video.
Thank you!
